This research notebook documents the report Fostering French-speaking research in Canada: policy considerations and practical guide, which will be released in 2021 (read the update in French). It follows the reports Toward a UNESCO recommendation on Open Science: Canadian perspectives and Open Science beyond Open Access: For and with communities, A step towards the decolonization of knowledge.
The report integrates the perspectives of key players and a working group, to feed into the future UNESCO recommendation on open science. It is produced by Fabio Balli on behalf of Acfas and the Canadian Commission for UNESCO.
The report will be released in editable format, both in French and English. At this point, the present notebook is only available in French. You may use DeepL or Google to translate contents in your language. Should you wish to contribute to writing an English abstract for the different interviews, please let us know.
